Kate is the co-founder and EP of Little Bear Studios. With over 15 years of experience developing award-winning original content and campaigns, Kate has worked for global brands, publishers and agencies such as Goop, Avocado Mattress, Tracy Anderson, 72 and Sunny, BMW, Flow Water and Vogue. The word around town is that her set playlists are pretty fire, but when she’s not producing/DJing on set, she can be found surfing, traveling or chilling with her pup Fran. She believes in the power of culture, storytelling, technology and disco to bring humanity closer together.

An eastern Tennessee native, Thomas is a creative director with a seasoned career as a producer, director and lover of digital strategy and visual storytelling. After cutting his teeth in long-form documentaries at ABC, he built and led teams at Popsugar, Hearst Digital and Goop. He is a co-founder of Little Bear Studios with his neighbor on this page. In his free time, Thomas enjoys stalking wild trout in the high Sierras, catching the occasional wave and taking photographs: mostly of his two kids.
